Every individual in this world faces crises in life. Sometimes big and at other times small. It is thus of relevance to every person to know how to manage these crises. Life is not a bed of roses; one has to struggle hard. The only successful way of dealing with such situations is that whenever one has these experiences, one should turn to the creator and entreat Him to resolve it; definitely, He will resolve it. One should consider every situation that befalls one as coming from god, and thus one must develop acceptance for it.

The truth is that everything that happens in this world has been directly brought about by god himself. The role of the individual lies in either giving a positive response or a negative response to the situation he is confronted with. If a person responds positively, he does so to his own credit, while if he reacts negatively, he discredits himself.

The right course of action for a person in such a situation is to refrain from behaving impatiently and continually pray to God for a better outcome. The Bhagavad Gita teaches that turning to a higher power during times of crisis can provide guidance and strength.

The Gita encourages individuals to remain steadfast in their faith, even when facing adversity. Surrendering to a higher power and dedicating oneself to the divine can provide comfort and strength during challenging times. By turning to a higher power, surrendering to it, and focusing on duty, individuals can cultivate inner peace and find solace during times of crises.

By turning to god during times of crises, Muslims are encouraged to seek solace, guidance, and the promise of eventual relief, as outlined in many Quranic verses. And whosoever fears god and keeps his duty to Him, He will definitely make a way for him to get out (from every difficulty.)

He will provide him from sources he never could imagine. The Bible says spend your time in prayer acknowledging who He is. God is your protector, providing strength and help in the midst of any crises we face. In the darkest moments of life—when confusion, pain, or fear seem to engulf us—turning to God becomes not just a choice but a necessity. It’s in these trials that the human heart realises its limits and reaches upward, seeking the One who is limitless.
