Malavika V and Damini Gowda achieved double success again as Basavanagudi Aquatic Centre emerged overall champions in the State Aquatic Championships here on Friday.
At the Dolphin Aquatic Centre, Malavika won the 100M and 400M freestyle titles on the final day while Damini emerged champion in the 50 and 200M butterfly events.
Malavika timed 1:00.92 to win the 100M freestyle while she touched home in 4:32.60 in the 400 free, winning by a comfortable margin.
Damini also was a convincing winner in both her events, timing 29.76 seconds in the 50M butterfly and 2:27.96 in the 200M butterfly, leaving Mayuri Lingaraj in silver-position in both the events.
BAC tallied 463 points to win the overall title. Srihari Nataraj of Global and Saloni Dalal of BAC were adjudged individual champions.
