With the game hours away, many are expressing support for their teams and guessing who might walk away the winner -- Virat Kohli or Shreyas Iyer.

Rapper Drake seems to have joined the buzz and shared a post on Instagram that he has bet on RCB to win the IPL 2025. A screenshot shared by him shows he's bet a whopping Rs 6.4 crore on the Rajat Patidar-led team being victorious. If he wins, Drake stands to make over Rs 11 crore.

Sharing the image, Drake wrote "Ee sala cup namde" -- the Kannada refrain that is reaching a crescendo as fans genuinely believe this year the trophy could come home. The rapper is known to often bet on high-profile games, and he shares the news of the same on social media.

However, Drake's image might leave some RCB fans in trepidation, as the sports world is well acquainted with the 'Drake curse'. The term started being bandied about on social media after athletes like Serena Williams and teams like PSG suffered unexpected defeats after interactions with Drake. While not proven, the pattern was too uncanny to be ignored.

PBKS and RCB are quite evenly matched head-to-head, with both teams having faced each other 36 times over the various IPL seasons. They have each walked away with 18 wins.

The game starts at 7:30 pm at the Narendra Modi Stadium in Ahmedabad, and the weather is expected to hold, though there are some predictions of rain during the day. The pitch reportedly favours batters, so the game is likely to be a high-scoring one as RCB and PBKS meet in the ultimate showdown.
