We are making it a habit. Winning is a habit, which we didn't find in the first half. Honestly, I'm speechless. Everybody's chipped in. Low-scoring games is when you realise the importance of those 10-15 runs scored by batsmen, those diving stops and those tight overs. The work done is always behind the scenes. Not just the players but the support team. You can't change a lot in tow months but all these guys have pushed the boys to be better and better. Even when we were sitting on the bottom of the table we didn't panic. We kept scrapping and we're really happy that the wins are coming. I think after me and Mandeep played the first over itself we knew it wasn't going to e a high-scoring pitch. We were thinking 160-170. The openers have the freedom to score and I think that's what happened with SRH as well. I was hoping we didn't give anything above 40 in the first six, so I was positive and the team was positive. The work Arsheep has done behind the scene. Me and the coaching team, before the tournament began, discussed what are the things we'd need for the bowlers. Arsh, the way he's bowled in pressure situations will give him a lot of confidence.
Yeah it does hurt. Our bowlers did a fantastic job to restrict them. After our start, we took the foot of the pedal. Disappointed. We felt on that wicket spin would get tough to play. We bowled well with the new ball, didn't get wickets at the start. Just got to forget this game and move on. We have to start again next match.

Sunrisers Hyderabad head out into the field as KXIP openers K L Rahul and Mandeep Singh walk in. This is a must win match for both to have a decent chance at a play off position.
KL Rahul(w/c), Chris Gayle, Mandeep Singh, Nicholas Pooran, Glenn Maxwell, Deepak Hooda, Murugan Ashwin, Chris Jordan, Mohammed Shami, Ravi Bishnoi, Arshdeep Singh
David Warner(c), Jonny Bairstow(w), Manish Pandey, Vijay Shankar, Priyam Garg, Abdul Samad, Jason Holder, Rashid Khan, Khaleel Ahmed, Sandeep Sharma, T Natarajan
I think the last game proved that a little bit of dew came towards the end. Towards the back end there was a bit of pace on the wicket. Each game presents a new challenge, these guys are on a roll and it was nice for us as well to win the last game and get some momentum.
Strengths: The batting is strong but has been unreliable. The middle order finally came good in the last match. Manish Pandey found his best touch and Vijay Shankar got his first fifty of the season. The SRH batsmen now have 11 fifties.
Weaknesses: Only two bowlers - Rashid Khan and T Natarajan - have managed to get wickets. The inclusion of Jason Holder strengthened the line-up in the last fixture and made a difference. However, Holder cannot play if Kane Williamson is fit. How can David Warner find his best 11 that can win matches?
Opportunities: A win would halt KXIP’s winning streak. It would also take SRH into the no. 4 spot on the points table, provided Kolkata are not able to overcome Delhi in the first match of the day.
Threats: If Williamson is fit, the choice of three overseas players for Warner (apart from himself) becomes difficult. Jonny Bairstow has been the regular opener and Williamson is vital for the middle order. Rashid Khan is the regular wicket-taker and Jason Holder impressed in his only match so far. SRH desperately need an experienced pacer like Holder to lead the attack. It's a must-win scenario and every decision matters.
Strengths: The batting has been exemplary. KL Rahul leads the run-scoring for the season. Mayank Agarwal is not far behind. Chris Gayle has brought much-needed experience and high-impact batting. Nicholas Pooran has also impressed. If Glenn Maxwell could find some form, the top five would be incredible.
Weaknesses: Most of the bowlers are pretty weak. As many as 12 have been used this season. Only Mohammad Shami and Ravi Bishnoi have got regular wickets. To reach and succeed in the play-offs, a strong and well-settled bowling unit is required and they just don't have it right now.
Opportunities: With three back-to-back wins, they've shown that they can win in tight situations against the best teams. They now need to keep the momentum going and push for the play-offs. They have a real chance to unseat Kolkata and enter the next round.
Threats: A loss in this match could undo the hard work and leave them with only a slim chance of entering the play-offs.
