Almost an hour after the scheduled start due to rain at Dharamshala, Punjab Kings (PBKS) won the toss and opted to bat against Delhi Capitals (DC) in the Match 58 of the Indian Premier League (IPL) at the Himachal Pradesh Cricket Association Stadium on Thursday.
With intermittent rain and wet outfield delaying the toss and match, the flip of the coin eventually happened 45 minutes after the scheduled toss.
