The duo was involved in a heated clash on Day 2 after Siraj got the better of Head for 140 in the first innings, becoming one of the most talked about moments of the match.

But on Sunday, both Siraj and Head let bygones be bygones and patched things up between them and were seen hugging after the match when players of both teams acknowledged each other.

Earlier, Siraj and Head squared-off in a on-field and post-day's play war of words.

Siraj's fiery celebration after dismissing Head had sparked heated exchanges, adding drama the Pink-ball Test.

Expressing disappointment at Siraj's conduct, Head had claimed that he said "well bowled" after being castled by a low toss.

However, Siraj refuted the claims made by Head, saying that "It’s a lie that he said ‘well bowled’ to me."

Meanwhile, Australia maintained their unblemished record in Pink-ball Tests in Adelaide with an emphatic 10-wicket victory over a completely out-of-sorts India, leveling the five-Test series 1-1 within just two-and-a-half days.

Starting the day at 128 for 5, Nitish Kumar Reddy's (42) cavalier approach prevented a second successive innings defeat under lights at Adelaide as India were bowled out for 175.

The required 19 runs were a formality which was achieved in just 3.2 overs. India's second innings lasted only 36.5 overs, with skipper Pat Cummins using the short ball effectively to claim 5 for 57. Scott Boland (3/51) inflicted early damage, while Mitchell Starc (2/60) chipped in with crucial wickets.

Head's brilliant innings of 141-ball 140 was the backbone of Australia's total of 337 in 87.3 overs, even as wickets fell around him. He played a pivotal role in helping Australia secure a commanding 157-run first-innings lead.
