Chelsea and Liverpool secured a place in next season's Champions League by claiming the final two places in the Premier League top four on Sunday.

Liverpool swept aside Crystal Palace 2-0 to finish third, while Chelsea claimed fourth despite losing 2-1 at Aston Villa thanks to Leicester's 4-2 home defeat to Tottenham.
