The second seed registered a facile 6-1, 6-4 win over Arjun M in the under-14 category and ousted Amogh Vardhan 6-2, 6-1 en route to the final berth in the under-12 category.
In the under-14 final, Nikshep will meet top-seeded Alok Aradhya, who defeated Vasist C 6-1, 6-0 in his semifinal encounter.
For the under-12 title, he will take on Vasist, who beat Mohith K Reddy 3-6, 6-4, 6-4 in his semifinal. In the girls’ section, Nupur Umashankar moved into the under-12 final after a hard-fought 4-6, 6-2, 6-3 win against Prerna Kalwar.
