Ace shuttler Saina Nehwal faced the prospect of an early exit after suffering a second consecutive defeat, going down to Olympic champion Li Xuerui of China in a Group B match of the BWF World Superseries Finals here on Thursday.
A bad season only got worse for Saina as the World No 6, who has not won a single title this year, failed to recover from the opening match loss and suffered a 9-21, 14-21 defeat.
