New York: Spain's Carlos Alcaraz defeated defending champion and top seed Jannik Sinner 6-2 3-6 6-1 6-4 to win the US Open men's title on Sunday.
Second seed Alcaraz captured his second Flushing Meadows title to take his overall Grand Slam tally to six.
