The Apple Store app is now available to download on App Store. Customers can shop for iPhones, iPads, Watches, Mac devices and accessories directly from the app, and like on the website, it can offer personalised recommendations that will suit their requirements and budget. These features will be available on a dedicated 'For You' tab.

Also, the Apple Store app comes with a simple user interface to help users find the latest products, accessories, and services. Further, they will also be able to access important customer-friendly retail programmes like Apple Trade-In, and financing options. During the festive season, people will be able to easily find promotional sale offers too.

There is also an option to customise their product's configurations such as for Mac devices. They can add RAM, storage, and accessories such as MagicKeybooad, Mouse and more to their Mac computer order.

For iPads, Apple Pencil stylus, and AirTags, users can personalise them with special engravings for free. They can add a mix of emoji, names, initials, and numbers in a choice of eight languages.

In the coming months, customers will also be able to schedule a fun digital gift message, bringing even more customisation options.

Once the customer makes the purchase, the Apple Store app takes him/her to the 'Go Further' tab to connect with Apple’s specialists for online Personal Setup sessions.

They can also receive tips on getting the most out of their Apple devices through short videos or by signing up for complimentary Today at Apple sessions at their local Apple Store.

Further, the Apple Store app provides options for easy delivery and pickup, so customers can get their new Apple products conveniently delivered to their doorstep without much hassle.

At Apple, our customer is at the centre of everything we do, and we are thrilled to introduce the Apple Store app to reach even more users in India, further deepening our connections. With the Apple Store app, customers will discover a new and seamless way to shop for all our incredible products, receive personalised support, and really experience the best of Apple.

Apple, particularly in the last two or three years, has seen strong double-digit growth in India. The two retail stores in Apple BKC in Mumbai and another Apple Saket in Delhi clocked around 190-200 crore revenue in the 2023-24 financial year.

Apple India's revenue rose 36 per cent to Rs 67,122 crore in the fiscal year 2024. Just recently, Apple for the first time ever breached the top-5 smartphone sellers chart in India.

In 2025, Apple has plans to open four more such physical stores in India including Bengaluru, Pune, Delhi-NCR and Mumbai.
