Lumio on Thursday (April 10) launched Vision 9, 8 series, the company's first-ever line up of smart LED TVs in India.
The most notable aspect of the Lumio Vision 9 and 7 series is that they can turn on and open the home screen faster than most conventional smart TVs in the industry. Also, there will be less lags when switching between cable connectivity and OTT apps.
The Lumio Vision 9 is a QD-Mini LED TV, and the Lumio Vision 7 series is a standard QLED TV. Both the TVs come with a Boss processor, 3GB DDR4 RAM, and DOPE Display technology, which promises accurate colour reproduction. Also, it supports more than 100 per cent colour coverage.

With the Lumio Vision 9 and Vision 7 series, we’re delivering blazing speed, class leading picture and sound, to give a joyful entertainment experience to Indian consumers,” said Raghu Reddy, CEO of Circuit House Technologies, parent company of Lumio.
The Vision 9 TV comes with 1920 blue mini-LEDs with quantum dot enhancement layer and Color Delta E 1.71 technology, which promises high contrast, vibrancy, and near-perfect colour accuracy while playing high-definition motion pictures. It supports 900 nits peak brightness for clarity in any lighting condition.
The Vision 7 series TV supports 400 nits brightness and colour gamut coverage of up to DCI-P3 114 per cent.
The Vision 9 and 7 series also support Dolby Vision, Dolby Atmos, and DGS Audio with a Quad Speaker System, built with up to 150% more speaker cavity for a richer soundscape.

Connectivity wise, they feature three HDMI ports (48Gbps bandwidth, one e-ARC), three USB ports, Optical Audio Out, and High-Speed Wi-Fi, along with 16GB of storage on the Vision 7 and 32GB of storage on the Vision 9.
The new Lumio TVs run on Google TV OS. They support more than 400,000 movies and TV shows across 10,000 plus apps. There is Google Cast, and Virtual Remote is also available from Google TV. Owners can set their Google Photos Album as ScreenSaver on Google TV.
With Google’s Gemini integration, users can converse with the Google TV. The latter can do AI summaries of movies and even create custom AI Wallpaper and more.
The TVs come with Minion Remot, which features a dedicated quick shortcut key with TLDR button, which offers a summary of a feature or movie displayed on the TV. This remote also comes with all relevant keys to navigate through the settings of the TV with ease.
The new Lumio TVs will be available in multiple screen sizes- 55-inch (Vision 9), 55-inch (Vision 7), 50-inch (Vision 7) and 43-inch (Vision 7)-- for Rs 59,999, Rs 39,999, Rs 34,999 and Rs 29,999, respectively. They can be pre-booked on Amazon from April 23 onward.
