The company has revealed that the upcoming Vivo T4R is touted to be the slimmest phone with a quad-curved display. It is said to come with just 7.3mm thickness.

Also, the device will be made of sturdy materials and come with IP68 & IP69 durability. It can survive a drop in a freshwater body such as a swimming pool or a pond up to a depth of 1.5 metres (around five feet) for close to 30 minutes.

Also, the Vivo phone will be able to withstand rain and high-pressure water jets for a few minutes.

The T4R is said to house MediaTek's Dimensity 7400 chipset, which can clock a peak CPU speed of 2.6GHz. It is more than enough to support all popular battle royale genre games available on the Google Play Store.

The company also shed light on the device's camera. It is said to feature a 50MP main camera with a reliable Sony IMX882 sensor, which can take clear and crisp photos in almost all lighting conditions. Other sensor details will be revealed on the launch. But, Vivo confirms that both the front and rear cameras can record 4K videos

The new Vivo T4R will be competing with the recently launched iQOO Z10R, OnePlus Nord CE 4 Lite, and Motorola Moto G96, among others.

Vivo T4R series is slated to make its official debut on July 31 at 12:00 pm IST in India.
