Samsung earlier this month on July 9 unveiled the new Galaxy Z Fold7, Flip7 along with the Galaxy Watch8 series in New York City.
Now, the premium smartwatches-- Galaxy Watch8 and Galaxy Watch8 Classic-- are set to hit stores in India.
Galaxy Watch8 40mm Bluetooth(BT)-only is priced at Rs 32,999, while the 40mm BT+LTE version is available for Rs 36,999. The larger 44mm BT and BT+LTE variants are priced at Rs 35,999 and Rs 39,999, respectively.
The Galaxy Watch8 Classic 47mm BT-only model is priced at Rs 46,999, while the BT+LTE variant is available at Rs 50,999.
Consumers who order Galaxy Watch8 series between July 9 and July 24, they can avail of exciting benefits including multi-bank cashback or upgrade bonuses of up to Rs 12,000.
Those who buy Galaxy Z Fold7 or Flip7, they get discount up to Rs 15,000 on the Galaxy Watches.
The Galaxy Watch8 Classic comes in one size-- 46mm. It sports a 1.34-inch super AMOLED, full colour always-on display with crystal sapphire glass shield. It comes in sturdy armour aluminium case with 5ATM + IP68 / MIL-STD-810H military durality ratings.
It houses 2GB RAM, 64Gb Storage, 3nm class Exynos W1000 penta-core chipset and a 440mAh battery.

The regular Galaxy Watch8 comes in two variants-- 40mm and 44mm-- with 1.47-inch (with 435mAh cell) and 1.34-inch screen (with 325mAh battery) sizes, respectively.
They also feature 2GB RAM, 32GB storage and a 3nm class Exynos W1000 penta-core chipset.
All the Galaxy Watch8 series devices run WearOS-based Samsung One UI 8 operating system and they are the world's first smartwearable to support Gemini Live assistant. Users can directly summon Gemini AI bot for any information without having to use the companion smartphone.
The new advanced health tracking features including trial fibrillation (AFib) with IHRN (Irregular Heart Rhythm Notification). They can help users understand the status of their heart health with Electrocardiogram (ECG) 28 and Blood Pressure (BP) readings.

Additionally, they come with an improved version of BioActive sensor, which offers advanced glycation end products (AGEs) index. It provides deep insights on body’s metabolic health and biological aging, which are strongly influenced by overall lifestyle and dietary habits of the user.
Additionally, they boasts of Running Coach feature, which can calculate the user's fitness level from 1 to 10 and develop a tailored training plan complete with real-time guidance and motivational insights.
