A 14-page PowerPoint presentation made by the students' ex-boyfriend, disclosing the details about the student-teacher affair, went viral on social media, the publication added quoting another Chinese media.

The varsity thereafter investigated into the issue of the professor’s alleged immoral behaviour, thereby leading to his suspension on Feb 25.

The professor identifies with the surname Song, and was a mentor for the doctoral students as well as the Environmental School’s vice dean.

The ex-boyfriend discovered the chats between the 46-year-old Song, and his girlfriend Wang, wherein the girl gave a nickname to the professor as “Pigggy”, and in return the professor called her Xiangxiang.

The professor often told the girl to delete their chats, and remove him from her contact list. However she failed to do so, enabling the boyfriend to collect the evidence.

The boyfriend took screengrabs of their conversations and compiled the document for the PowerPoint document he shared online.

The boyfriend, whose name is not revealed in the report, became suspicious of Wang owing to her cold behaviour towards him. However it is not clear as to when the infidelity began, the report added.

The boyfriend said that one time Wang called off a date with him, stating that she was tired, but in reality she was in a hotel room with Song.

In another conversation that the boyfriend found out was that Song told Wang to get married to a young man post her graduation. However, Wang turned down the suggestion saying that she only loved him.

“I believe all the people having read the above conversations will feel disgusted,” the boyfriend wrote at the end of the document.

He further said, “When I realised my girlfriend had this sickening relationship with her married mentor, my brain became blank instantly. A long time had passed by before I could be calm enough to reveal the truth to the public.”

“I hope no one will be the ‘young guy’ Mr Song suggested,” he added.

It is not clear whether the ex-boyfriend has been punished by the university, the report added.
