Madrid: IAG's Spanish airline Iberia said it had cancelled 23 of the 247 flights that were scheduled on Monday after a power outage hit most of the Iberian Peninsula.
The airline said that given the difficulties to reach airports, it will offer all its passengers the possibility to reschedule their trip to their best convenience.
