Iranian fighter jet crashes, pilots eject safely: Report

The aircraft was an F-4 Phantom jet, unconfirmed reports have said.

An Iranian fighter jet crashed on Wednesday morning in the west of the country, Iran's official IRNA news agency reported, with the pilots surviving after ejecting before the crash.

Reports said the aircraft was an F-4 Phantom jet.
