Moscow: The Kremlin said on Monday that Russia was ready to honour agreements with Ukraine on a new exchange of prisoners of war and the repatriation of dead soldiers, but accused Kyiv of failing to keep to its side of the bargain.

Russia charged Ukraine over the weekend with indefinitely postponing the exchanges, which were agreed to during a second round of direct peace talks in Istanbul this month.

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy vowed on Sunday to press on with prisoner exchanges with Russia, but said Ukraine had not yet received the full list of prisoners to be released.
