A four-year-old boy from Mount Pleasant, Wisconsin called 911 to report his mother for eating his ice cream, according Fox News.
“My mommy is being bad,” the 4-year-old told the 911 dispatcher. When the 911 responder asked him to explain what had happened, the boy stubbornly insisted the police should "come get my mommy".
Even when the exasperated 'accused' mother came on the phone to explain her son's rage over her eating his ice-cream, the boy apparently interjected again, saying, "I just told her to come and get my mommy ... and I just told her to put her to jail. So leave me alone."
The Mount Pleasant police were dispatched to the address just to make sure that the 'ice cream' call was not a cover up for something more serious.
When police arrived at his doorstep, the boy confirmed that he wanted his mom to "go to jail" for eating his ice cream. The precocious child was eventually convinced not to press charges. But he insisted that he just wanted some ice cream even though he didn't really want his mom behind bars.
Two days later, the amused police officers showed up at the house again, this time to surprise the boy with two scoops of ice cream of his very own, topped with blue sprinkles.
