Russia attacked energy infrastructure ​in Ukraine's ‌southern ⁠Odesa ‌region overnight, causing blackouts, Ukrainian largest private ​energy firm DTEK said on Monday.

"33,500 ‌families ‌in the region ⁠are without electricity due to shelling. ⁠The ⁠damage is ‌significant. ‌It will take time to repair ‍the equipment," it said on the Telegram messenger.
