Moscow: Russia said on ​Thursday that any ‌troops ⁠sent to ‌Ukraine by Western governments would be "legitimate ​combat targets", after Britain and ‌France ‌announced plans to deploy ⁠a multinational force there in ⁠the ⁠event of ‌a ceasefire.
