Moscow: Russia denied on Thursday that there had been any contradiction between the Kremlin and White House readouts of this week's telephone call between presidents Vladimir Putin and Donald Trump.
After the call, the Kremlin said Russia had agreed to a mutual ceasefire with Ukraine covering attacks on "energy infrastructure", while the White House referred to an "energy and infrastructure ceasefire".
The US formulation implied that a ceasefire could cover other types of infrastructure, such as roads and bridges, and not just energy facilities.
Asked about the statements, Russian Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Maria Zakharova said no two countries would never issue identical communiques. The main thing was that there were no contradictions, she said.
