Moscow: The United States and NATO are increasing their military activity in the Arctic, Alexander Moiseev, the head of the Russian Navy, said on Thursday, the state RIA news agency reported on Thursday.
Moiseev was cited as saying there was increasing talk about the Arctic as an area for potential conflict.
