Sanctions relief for Russia would increase the risk of a new invasion: Zelenskyy

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy said in an interview broadcast on Tuesday that offering Russia any respite from sanctions would increase the risk of a second invasion.

"If sanctions are lifted from the Russian Federation, I believe this will increase the risk of a second invasion," he told British journalist Piers Morgan.
