Washington: A majority of the U.S. House of Representatives on Wednesday voted to approve legislation to end a record-long, 43-day shutdown of the federal government, as voting continued.
President Donald Trump will sign a bill on Wednesday night to end the U.S. government's shutdown, the White House said, adding the signing will take place at 2145 ET (0245 GMT Thursday).
