Union Food Processing Industries Minister Pashupati Kumar Paras on October 05 welcomed the Election Commission's decision after his faction was allotted 'Rashtriya Lok Janshakti Party’ and 'Sewing Machine' as election symbol. “I welcome the Election Commission's decision. I have been allotted the name Rashtriya Lok Janshakti Party and the 'Sewing Machine' symbol,” said Paras. EC has also allotted the name 'Lok Janshakti Party’ (Ram Vilas) and election symbol 'Helicopter' to Chirag Paswan.
