In yet another incident, stray dogs attacked three children in the city on Monday.

Two girls and a boy were injured in the attack that took place at Kanaka Layout, near Kadirenahalli petrol bunk, South Zone of BBMP limits.

Tanmayi (10), Kotreshwari (7), and Madamma suffered injuries on their right leg. The children are receiving vaccination at private medical institutions.

The subsequent vaccination will be offered at the BBMP hospitals, said Krishnegowda, veterinary officer, BBMP South zone.

“The children were returning home after playing in the nearby area when the dogs attacked them,” he said.

The dogs are sent for the observation and they have no infection, Krishnegowda said.
