The Mahavatar Cinematic Universe

Bringing the various avatars of Lord Vishnu to life, the Mahavatar Cinematic Universe is an ambitious animated film series that aims to retell these epic stories through stunning visuals and storytelling. The journey begins with Mahavatar Narsimha, set to release on 25th July 2025, with its posters already unveiled. The universe will continue with titles like Mahavatar Parshuram (2027), Mahavatar Raghunandan (2029), Mahavatar Dwarkadhish (2031), Mahavatar Gokulananda (2033), and the two-part finale Mahavatar Kalki Part 1 (2035) and Part 2 (2037).

Maddock Horror Comedy Universe

The Maddock Horror Comedy Universe, launched by Stree, has grown into a fan-favorite franchise combining scares with laughs. With Bhediya, Munjya, and Stree 2 adding to its lore, each film connects through shared characters and Easter eggs. Four parts are already out, and a packed lineup is on the way: Thama and Shakti Shalini (2025), Bhediya 2 and Chamunda (2026), Stree 3 and Maha Munjya (2027), followed by Pehla Mahayudh and Doosra Mahayudh (2028).

YRF Spy Universe

The YRF Spy Universe is a high-octane action franchise built around fictional RAW agents. It began with Ek Tha Tiger and grew with hits like Tiger Zinda Hai and WAR, which were originally standalone films. The idea of a shared universe was firmly established after the massive success of Pathaan. Upcoming entries in this universe include WAR 2 and Alpha, both set to release in 2025.

Lokesh Cinematic Universe

The Lokesh Cinematic Universe (LCU), also known as the Lokiverse, is Tamil cinema’s top-grossing franchise, created by director Lokesh Kanagaraj. Centered on a battle between law enforcement and vigilantes tackling drug cartels, the LCU includes Kaithi (2019), Vikram (2022), and Leo (2023). The next installment, Benz, will be the first one not to be directed by Lokesh.

The Prasanth Varma Cinematic Universe began with the hit film Hanu-Man, paving the way for its sequel, Jai Hanuman, announced in the end credits.
