Flash floods, landslides, and mudslides triggered by heavy rainfall and cloudbursts in Ramban district on Sunday left hundreds of vehicles stranded on the 250-kilometre Jammu-Srinagar highway, the only all-weather road connecting Kashmir to the rest of India.
