The metal-patterned facades allow the building to breathe. It also serves as a filter for incoming and outgoing light, and to show off its impressive volumetric shape at the same time.<br /><br />There are 260 apartments and hotel rooms in the building. Each of them have a variety of typologies that have been adapted for the clients’ different needs. <br /><br />Stylish interiors provide warm atmospheres bathed in light, while floor-to-ceiling windows allow for expansive views of the surrounding city.</p>
