“Prestige and credibility of the EC is at stake as far as its action on National Conference president Dr Farooq Abdullah latest statement is concerned,” she said while reacting to ruling National Conference chief and Union Minister Farooq Abdullah’s statement that if he had bombs and guns he would have attacked the PDP.

Addressing a media conference at her Gupkar residence in Srinagar, Mehbooba said, “It is unfortunate that the Election Commission which is doing a great job in rest of the country is dead in Jammu and Kashmir. They are not taking any action as far as Jammu and Kashmir is concerned.
