<p>In a late realisation, Chief Minister Siddaramaiah expressed his regret for creating traffic blocks on main roads in the heart of the City while campaigning for the Bruhat Bengaluru Mahanagara Palike polls.<br /><br /></p>.<p>Siddaramaiah on Monday apologised for creating traffic jams, especially for blocking ambulances, while campaigning for Congress candidates.<br /><br />“Sometimes it (traffic jams) happens. I apologise. I have already instructed the police to ensure smooth flow of traffic,” he told reporters. <br /><br />The chief minister has been criss-crossing the City in the last four days, conducting roadshows as part of poll campaign. He is usually accompanied by a large number of party leaders and workers.<br /><br />On Monday, Siddaramaiah campaigned in wards coming under Gandhinagar, Malles-waram, Yalahanka and Rajarajeshwari Nagar assembly constituencies. He is scheduled to campaign till August 20.</p>
