CISCO hands over 500 houses to flood affected

The keys of the houses in N.Malkapur and Khataknur villages were handed over to Chief Minister B S Yeddyurappa at a function held here.

CISCO has constructed these houses under its project "Samudaya" an initiative to rehabilitate flood affected and also launched a specialist healthcare service in Gillesugur on the occasion.

"I am pleased with our partnership with CISCO towards rehabilitation efforts in flood hit region of the state. With the handing over of 500 houses in Raichur which is the most significant milestone so far from the corporate sector, I would like to thank CISCO for the successful completion of the first phase of their partnership", Yeddyurapa said. CISCO Executive Vice President and Chief Globaliation Officer Wim Elfrink was present.
