Apple Borivali: India's sixth Apple Store opening soon in Mumbai

Apple Borivali houses specialists who will help customers with setting up the device right at the store. Also, for corporate clients, there will be a dedicated business team who assist them in getting the right computers that meets their needs and the budget.

Last year, Apple opened three fully-owned retail stores-- one each in Bengaluru, Pune and Noida, bringing the total to five Apple Stores in India.

Now, it is all set to open a brand new Apple Store at Sky City Mall (G4 floor) in Borivali, the second such outlet in Mumbai (first was BKC store), later this month on February 26, 2026.

Called Apple Borivali, it has a Peacock-inspired theme. And, like all global Apple outlets, it is powered by 100 per cent renewable energy.

The customers will be able to freely explore all the latest iPhones, Watches, iPads, Mac computers, accessories and make the purchase without any hassle.

It also houses specialists who will help consumers with setting up the device right at the store. Also, for corporate customers, there will be a dedicated business team who assist them in getting the right computers that meets their needs and the budget.

Also, Apple Borivali will host Today at Apple sessions, where experts and even creative artists will tutor customers on how to make the best use of the iPhone's camera, iPad for creative works, Mac computers for productivity and more.

Also, customers can book the devices online and pick them up at Apple Borivali.

And, for select products such as AirPods, iPads and accessories, Apple Pencil and AirTags, customers will get a personalised engraving option for free. Customers can customise their aforementioned Apple devices with a mix of emojis, names, initials and numbers. They also get multiple language options, including Kannada, Hindi, Bengali, Marathi, Tamil, Gujarati, Telugu and English.

By the end of February 2026, Apple will have six official Stores, one each in Delhi, Bengaluru, Pune, Noida and two in Mumbai.

Apple has plans to open another store in Hyderabad in the coming months. On LinkedIn platform, it has listed jobs for retail business and sales, in the City of Pearl.

It has been more than 25 years since Apple made its foray in to Indian market, but only in the last decade, the Cupertino-based company has made aggresive stride in terms of investments in manufacturing iPhones and other accessories in the subcontinent.

For the last several quarters, Apple India has consistently recorded double-digit growth in India.

As Apple marks its 50th anniversary this year, we believe it has a lot of things in store to showcase in 2026. To name a few, it has plans to unveil its first-ever foldable iPhone and possibly foray in smart home segment with a smart speaker fused with an iPad-like display.
