EMGEO Global launches 'EMVYN' AI tool for mobility and networking in Bengaluru

Emgeo, operating in 60 countries with 400+ clients, hosted 60 leaders from Infosys, Tech Mahindra, and other firms. HR heads, immigration leaders, and CEOs discussed tech, regulations, and cross-border hiring.

Bengaluru: EMGEO Global launched EMVYN, a new AI tool for global mobility and networking, at the "Work Beyond Borders: Global Workforce & Mobility Summit 2026" on Friday (29th May) in Radisson Blu Atria.

Emgeo which means "Employer geographically" works in 60 countries with 400+ clients. It brought together 60 attendees like Infosys, Tech Mahindra and other firms including HR heads, Immigration leaders and CEOs to discuss about technology, rules and hiring across countries.

'Scaling globally without legal entities'

CEO Dhiren Sampat, called a "visionary leader driving mobility services across the globe," led the first panel to unveil EMVYN. He said, "It was a vision by Emgeo made for a seamless and transparent experience to our clients."

The platform puts the entire global mobility journey from onboarding to immigration, compliance, invoice and beyond... all in one place." It includes an "Internal Case Management Tool" and will soon add an "AI driven Smart CRM." Business Development Manager Gagan also explained Emgeo’s PEO service: "So that they work on the projects that they have agreed with the client in the particular country, this is how we help companies grow globally, without setting up an entity."

Guruprasad G, co-founder of Emgeo as a moderator engaged in a discussion with the panelists- Raghavendra N (Associate Vice-president, Birla Soft Ltd.), Ravishankar S (co-founder, EMGEO global), Kishore Bhagavath (HR, Altimetric Company) and Bharath Kumar (Senior Manager, Quest Global).

Raghavendra N focused on the "one point solution- EoR model" on how it helps onboard candidates in covering project work, HR policies and pay rules. Ravishankar S mentioned that "it allows a simple and quick start and is familiar in western countries."

Kishore Bhagavath comments that "No, it's not easy to convince business teams and that's where the role of global mobility leader comes in." He also emphasized on the usage of "feedback and reports" that must be endured in companies, noting "Compliance is basic funda".

'Beyond the US — The New era of Global Dream'

The second panel looked at work permits and immigration in Europe and the Middle East. Speakers Prasanna Aravamudhan (Asst. Vice President, Infosys), Raghuram Venugopal (HR, Atos), Prashant Ilevadan (Global mobility head) and Subramani Soman (Global HR).

"Saudi Arabia is a hot market now but quota makes it complex" commented Subramani. On H1B and Green cards transition "In my opinion it's not a good long-term plan to shift to US," he added yet, a poll showed the US is the top choice over the UK and Germany as an option to send their children abroad.

Prasanna advises professionals moving to a new territory: "Know the law, cost versus compliance awareness devoid of pre-assumptions".

Subramani also mentions that "AI is going to kill a lot of jobs which is indeed a harsh reality to accept" "It can help you but not replace," replied Venugopal. "Especially with the AI buzzing, trust should prevail in working companies," said Ilevadan.

To close, CEO Dheeraj Sampath said: "We want to bring companies together for an inclusive atmosphere and that trust should prevail." "We will come back stronger with another session next time." EMVYN is just the beginning, we will come back stronger with another session."
