<div align="justify">Epsilon, a sister concern owned by Nasdaq-listed Alliance Data and global leader in creating connections between people and brands, has announced the market expansion plan in India and the APAC region.<br /><br />In an interaction with DH, Wayne Townsend, President- Technology, Epsilon, said the company is going ahead with its game plan to expand delivery services close to the market.<br /><br />“We are finding big opportunity in the Asia Pacific region, especially in India. We are expanding our engineering centre in Bengaluru to 1,800 employees by the end of this year,” he said. Epsilon India’s growth for the past two years was primarily led by services and vendor relationship, focusing on the North American region.<br /><br />“Now, we have consolidated our activities and looking to serve more global clients and enhanced our product offerings and built new ones. We have decided to move a lot of our product development activities to Bengaluru where more innovations are happening,” he said.<br /><br />The company, which opened its delivery centre in 2015, has now 1,300 people, and will add 500 more by the end of this year. “The recruitment will be as per the client and global requirements. Along with Alliance Data, the company at present manages more than 100 million consumer relationships for some of the leading brands of Fortune 500 companies,” he said. <br /><br />Besides focusing on marketing, loyalty, and credit solutions that use the power of data, Epsilon is focusing on mobile technologies and platform for the past five years, as most of the disruptive innovation is happening around it.<br /><br />“The digital marketing innovations led by the cloud and artificial intelligence are making a deep impact in the market. We are working more on personalisation where data is more important. We are coming up with insights which will help our clients to perform better,” he said.<br /><br />The company has an engineering team of 150 members who are building the predictive model for the consumers. “We are enhancing the engineering team in Bengaluru, and it will take us to the next level in our journey to serve customers across the globe,” Townsend said.</div>
