The Achuthanandan Government has called a high-level meeting of officials and promoters in Kozhikode on September 12 to finalise the project.
The Kerala State Industrial Development Corporation (KSIDC) which has already ploughed in an authorised capital of Rs 500 crore will have 11 per cent stake in the proposed banking company.
