Flipkart will launch Big Shopping Days from May 13th to 16th

The 4-day sale will offer top deals and discounts across Mobiles, Laptops, TVs, Appliances, Fashion, Beauty, Home & Furniture and more

Flipkart, India’s largest e-commerce platform, on Thursday announced that it will bring back its flagship May Sale with the Big Shopping Days from May 13-16, 2018.

This sale will present the best deals and discounts of the year till date, that any customer could find on any platform online or offline.

Flipkart started Big Shopping Days for the first time during 8th to 12th December in 2014. The company introduced this facility to mobile app users only. The company organised Big Shopping Days twice in 2015 and 2016.

"Along with unbelievable price drops and best in industry discounts, this 4-day sale promises to make shopping affordable for all its customers through offers on debit and credit card transactions," states the company in a release.

Customers will also have multiple easy payment options on big purchases such as no cost EMI on Bajaj Finserv Limited and Credit Card transactions, EMI on Debit Card transactions and buy now and pay later.

Additionally, through this sale, customers can also avail of valuable services from Flipkart such as Buy Back Guarantee and Extended Warranty on select products.

The company also said the sale will also bring many new launches and exclusive selections across mobiles, gadgets, fashion, appliances and more, thereby creating the best shopping experience for customers.

This sale will see the lowest-ever prices across a wide range of Mobiles, with flash sales on select models. Key categories during the sale will be mobiles, large appliances which are likely to be a big hit among customers. It is expected that these categories will experience 6 times more growth.

Customers can also avail upto 80% off on laptops, cameras, power banks, tablets and other electronic gadgets. TVs & Appliances will be available at a discount of up to 70%, with some key models of TVs being on flash sales. The sale is expected to generate 10-15 times of business on electronic products and large appliances.
