Intel launches 3rd generation Core processors

Aiming to enhance users’ computing experience, computer chipmaker Intel, on Tuesday, launched its third generation Core processors, which would process information faster and offer better security features, while consuming lesser power.

The new chips will also enable computer manufacturers bring out slimmer devices, especially ‘Ultrabooks’ into the market.

Ultrabooks offer increased media and graphics performance and a long battery life.
