<p>Bengaluru: Flipkart-owned <a href="https://www.deccanherald.com/business/companies/ed-files-case-against-myntra-over-rs-1654-crore-fdi-violation-3643950">Myntra </a>CEO Nandita Sinha will step down and exit from the company soon, according to reports. Sinha was appointed as the CEO of the fashion retailer in 2022.</p><p>Reports also suggested that Flipkart Fashion head Sharon Pais is likely to replace her. Pais was earlier working with Myntra as Chief Business Officer. She was responsible for the platform's overall business performance and strategy.</p><p>Before joining Myntra as its CEO, Sinha worked as VP, Customer Growth, Media and Engagement in Flipkart.</p><p>This development comes at a time when Flipkart is gearing up for its IPO later this year.</p><p>Responding to DH queries, a spokesperson from Myntra said, "We don't comment on market speculation."</p><p>Also, this top-level churn comes just weeks after Flipkart Group CFO Sriram Venkataraman resigned from the company. Myntra had earlier said that its vision is to expand the creator economy from 2.5 million to 10 million creators. </p>
