<p>Stepping into India on Wednesday, recruiting firm Spring Professional is set to become the country’s top player in executive job search by 2020, the company posits.<br /><br /></p>.<p>Spring Professional, a subsidiary of Zurich-headquartered Adecco Group, focuses on middle and senior management hiring and claims to be the leader in its domain in most of the 15 countries it is present in. The €22-billion company has set up three dedicated offices for its subsidiary Spring in Bengaluru, New Delhi and Mumbai. <br /><br />“The company will focus mainly on top-level recruitment in IT, engineering, BFSI (banking, financial services and insurance), life sciences and healthcare in India,” said Angelo Lo Vecchio, Country Manager and Managing Director, Adecco Group India.<br /><br />Spring currently operates 84 branches across 15 countries with over 1,000 expert consultants. “In India, we have 100 expert consultants as of now and we plan to scale this to 300 in the next two years,” he said. <br /><br />Vecchio further said, “The company has been able to build sustainable profitability in the last two years and hence we have been able to build innovative solutions,” adding, “Although it may seem a little far-fetched, with Spring, we aim to become the top player in executive job search in India by 2020.” <br /></p>
