JOIN USTata Capital Housing Finance (TCHFL), wholly owned subsidiary of Tata Capital, has touched the Rs 10,000 crore loan portfolio. With this landmark, Tata Capital Housing Finance is now among the top six housing finance companies in the country.
TCHFL has witnessed a year-on-year growth of over 40 per cent, since its inception in 2010, and has disbursed home loans amounting to Rs 4,563 crore last fiscal. With ambitious plans for the next three years, the company aims to grow even faster over the next five years, TCHFL said.
Recognising affordable housing as a high growth area, the company will be giving special focus to this segment. The company is also developing innovative products like home loans which cater to the urban low-income customers in unorganised sectors,
TCHFL added.
