<p>Yatra Online, a leading online travel firm, has been listed on the American stock exchange Nasdaq under the ticker symbol ‘YTRA’. Yatra said it has completed the transaction with Terrapin 3 Acquisition Corporation (TRTL), which will result in TRTL becoming a partially owned subsidiary of Yatra.<br /><br />Yatra recently raised more than $92.5 million of primary capital from global investors, and the merged entity, ‘Yatra Online’, will continue to be led by Yatra’s management team.<br /><br />Yatra CEO Dhruv Shringi said it is a matter of great pride for the team to be one of the few Indian companies to be listed on Nasdaq. In July 2016, Yatra Online and Nasdaq listed TRTL had entered into a merger agreement that puts Yatra’s value at $218 million.</p>
