JOIN USIn twoseparate cases, the CCBpolice have seized ganja/marijuana in the city, and arrested three people on Saturday.Acting on a tip-off, the policearrested MohammadTanjal (38), who used to sellmarijuana on the footpathnear the railway station in the Mahadevapura police station limits.
Thepoliceseized1.200kgof marijuana and also recovered a mobile phone and cash from him. The police are searching for another suspect, who is said to be absconding. In another case, the CCB police arrested two persons, identified as Amjad Pasha (37) and Mubarak Samiullah (25), and recovered 1.25 kg of ganja, two mobile phones and cash.
They were also selling ganja on the footpath near the railway station in the Ramamurthy Nagar police station limits. The police have registered a case against the suspects
and are probing the case further
