A scooterist was fined Rs 19,300 for as many as 83 traffic violations.
Domlur resident Vishwanath was stopped by Halasuru traffic police assistant sub-inspector Mathew and his team on Friday. A quick check revealed he had committed 83 traffic violations. Police seized his scooter but Vishwanath later paid the fine and got the vehicle back.
