HAL gets new HR director

The HAL appointed Alok Verma the new director of human resources on Wednesday to help the company increase its business outcomes.

Verma was general manager of human resources at the corporate office. He played a key role in settlement of the workmen wage revision and signing of the MoU. “In these challenging times, my focus was on developing the human resources’ function as a strategic contributor to business outcomes,” he said.
