A youth was caught supplying alcohol to patients at the Covic care centre at the BIEC on Wednesday.
Though the BIEC entrance witnessed tense moments for a few hours, no one filed a police complaint.
Marshals stopped a staffer and found two whisky packets with water bottles and snacks in his vehicle. He initially asserted those were for his consumption, but later confessed he supplied them to patients.
