JOIN USA 32-year-old woman filed a complaint of sexual harassment against her boss.
The victim, a resident of Bengaluru, worked from home for a Delhi-based firm. She approached the Ashok Nagar police and lodged a complaint that she was being stalked by her boss, identified as Manohar Roshar.
In her complaint to the police, she said that Roshar had been harassing her from the beginning of March till April 20. Roshar used to send her lewd messages and videos through Skype and Whatsapp.
"He would invite me for parties and movies and to the office even when there was no official work," the victim stated in her complaint. The victim avoided replying to his messages, but Roshar's harassment continued, until recently when he told the victim that he was coming to the city to meet her. He told her that he had booked a hotel room for her to meet him.
Fed up with the harassment, the woman lodged a complaint on June 9. The police have registered an FIR against Roshar, and efforts are on to arrest him.
