Speaking at a media conference in the city on Monday, Dr Vasanthkumar said the book is written in simple language for the common man. Dr Vasanthkumar has worked more than 20 years at JSS Hospital in the city.
Minister for Law and Parliamentary Affairs, S Suresh Kumar will inaugurate the programme.
Adichunchanagiri Mutt Seer Balagangadharnatha Swamiji and Panditharadhya Swamiji will be present.
MLC Thontadarya, G R Parameshwarappa, Shivanna were present at the press meet.
