Brand readies for Jaipur wedding - with camels et al

While the date of the wedding is not known, the event is expected to take place at the Rambagh Palace -- where Brand proposed to Perry over New Year. "The procession (will) start at the gate of the hotel, with the bridegroom sitting on a beautifully decorated horse that is escorted by camels and elephants," eonline.com reported.

"Folk dancers then welcome the couple with a traditional routine, fireworks and a special buggi (horse-driven cart) ushering them into the main garden for the wedding," it said.

After getting married in India, the couple will still need to have a civil ceremony in the US for their union to be recognised there.
